Recovery Support Designed for Real-Life Stability

Serenity Park supports the full picture of someone’s life in recovery. The program is designed for adult men navigating both substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions, including PTSD, anxiety, and depression. On-site medical detox allows for a safe start, while evidence-based therapy, trauma-informed care, and medications for addiction treatment (MAT), build a foundation for lasting change. As clients progress, the program offers services that help remove barriers to stability, including transportation assistance, case management, and continuing care planning.

Peer-Driven Model with Staff in Recovery

Many of the staff members at Serenity Park are in recovery themselves, bringing lived experience to the work and helping clients feel understood. This peer-to-peer connection shapes a strong sense of community and accountability within the program. Alongside licensed therapists and medical professionals, recovery mentors play a vital role in group sessions and transitional planning, offering guidance that’s grounded in firsthand experience.

Specialized Care for Underserved Groups

The center serves a wide range of clients who may not feel represented in other programs. In addition to general substance use treatment, the facility offers targeted support for veterans, active-duty military, and members of military families. The center is also one of the few residential programs in Arkansas to provide dedicated care for people living with HIV/AIDS, those managing chronic pain, and clients with a history of trauma, including domestic and sexual violence.

A Restorative, Grounded Living Environment

The 20-bed residential space features shared rooms and a calm, community-centered atmosphere. Clients are served healthy, chef-prepared meals and follow a structured daily routine that includes mindfulness and yoga practices, recreational outings, and life skills activities like budgeting workshops. The program’s pace and setting encourage reflection, consistency, and confidence as clients prepare for life after treatment.
