Virtual Outpatient Care Options
Virtual counseling and telemedicine are offered to support care from home. For clients who have transportation issues, mobility concerns, or work and childcare responsibilities, this accessible option can make it easier to fit treatment into their schedules. All services are confidential, and convenient pickup windows are available for clients to receive take-home medication.
Flexible Take-Home Medication Options
Clients who meet certain criteria in their recovery process can become eligible to bring doses of their prescribed medications home with them. This flexibility is a benefit for clients leading busy lives and managing multiple responsibilities. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis through a structured system that tracks factors such as scheduled meeting attendance, behavior, and safety.
Individual, Group, and Family Counseling
The center employs licensed counselors who provide evidence-based virtual care for individuals, groups, and families. Counseling is integrated with MAT to address the physical, mental, and emotional components of recovery together.
Community Referrals Including Housing, Food, and Employment
Staff at the center work to connect clients with community resources to support them in their long-term recovery, including referrals to specialists and health services, housing resources, employment staffing agencies, and local food pantries. The center also helps clients obtain health insurance coverage and explore available transportation options.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
The center’s IOP program offers treatment lasting at least six weeks. Services include education focusing on physical and emotional health, activities designed around recovery and resilience, and practical tools for the client’s family members and loved ones. This program is a good fit for individuals who require intensive support on an outpatient basis.
