After residential care, clients who need continued structure may step down into a partial hospitalization program (PHP). Discharge planning and continuing care support are part of the treatment process, helping clients prepare for life after inpatient care. Additional support includes overdose education, naloxone education, transportation assistance, and sign language services for clients who are deaf or hard of hearing.
