Progress Valley 2 delivers 24/7 residential care for adults with substance use concerns, including co-occurring mental health needs. Services include comprehensive assessments, individual and group counseling, psychoeducation, and medical services with nursing support. The program is LGBTQ-inclusive and built to consider gender-specific needs, creating a setting designed to feel relevant and respectful across different lived experiences.

Treatment uses evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, motivational incentives, the Matrix Model, relapse prevention, substance use counseling, trauma-related counseling, and 12-step facilitation. The program also serves clients who have experienced trauma or sexual abuse, supporting recovery work that addresses both symptoms and root contributors to substance use.

Clients also have access to peer recovery support, mentoring, case management, support with social services, employment counseling or training, and ongoing aftercare planning. Progress Valley 2 accepts clients who use medications for addiction treatment (MAT) when prescribed elsewhere and coordinates with outside prescribers so clients can stay consistent with their medication plan during treatment and beyond.
