New Freedom Center delivers a wide range of addiction treatment services, supporting individuals through every stage of recovery. With offerings that include hospital inpatient detox and treatment, short- and long-term residential care, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and standard outpatient treatment, the center allows clients to transition between care levels without disruption. This integrated structure supports long-term recovery by maintaining clinical consistency and building trust over time.

Specialized Services and Support

The facility provides tailored services for pregnant and postpartum women, people living with HIV/AIDS, clients with co-occurring mental health disorders, and clients with histories of trauma. These programs reflect the center’s commitment to improving access for a diverse range of individuals, targeting unique needs and recovery goals. .

Whole-Person, Integrated Treatment Philosophy

New Freedom Center approaches recovery through a holistic lens that addresses the mind, body, and spirit. Evidence-based modalities like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, and the Matrix Model are used alongside individual counseling, family, and group therapy. Anger management and social skills development further help clients build healthier interpersonal relationships. All care is delivered by licensed addiction counselors who emphasize dignity, autonomy, and long-term wellness.

Transitional Housing and Real-World Support

Through its structured sober living program, “Tied for Second,” the facility provides a recovery-focused environment for clients transitioning from residential care. Residents participate in work or school, engage in household responsibilities, and access community resources, reinforcing daily routines and independence. For those facing financial hardship, the Recovery Housing Assistance Program (RHAP) offers up to 12 weeks of housing support, helping ensure that housing instability doesn’t jeopardize early recovery.

Recovery-Oriented Community and Peer Connection

The center offers 12-step meetings and a weekly peer-led “New Hope” group on-site, creating opportunities for clients to build connections and support outside of formal therapy. These gatherings foster belonging and mutual accountability, which can be essential in the long-term recovery process.
