24/7 Residential Care With Medical and Nursing Support

This residential program provides round-the-clock monitoring to support sobriety, withdrawal symptoms, and ongoing medical needs. If stabilization is needed, nursing and residential staff can provide monitoring, appropriate medications, nutrition and hydration support, and supervision until a client is ready to begin daily programming.

Integrated Treatment for Substance Use and Co-Occurring Needs

Care includes substance use counseling and services for people with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Support can include medications for addiction treatment (MAT) when appropriate, medication support for mental health conditions, and coordinated clinical oversight as needs change during treatment.

Structured Programming With Recovery Skills and Peer Support

Days are built around structured group programming and counseling, with individual and family counseling available. Clients may also take part in wellness and recovery activities like yoga, creative sessions, optional self-help meetings, and supervised community outings, supporting routine, coping skills, and connection during early recovery.

Discharge Planning, Aftercare, and Practical Recovery Supports

Planning for next steps is part of treatment through discharge planning and aftercare/continuing care. Ongoing support can include recovery coaching, peer mentoring, help connecting to housing and social services, naloxone and overdose education, and follow-up after discharge to support continuity of care.
