Only 10 clients are accepted at a time, allowing for maximum individual attention. Clients have access to a large pool area, gourmet meals, and plenty of outdoor space. Holistic therapies include sound baths, massage, mindfulness training, and horticulture to heal the nervous system and help with emotional regulation.

Mindful, Trauma-Informed Care

The center’s healing approach recognizes that many clients arrive emotionally exhausted and carrying invisible burdens. Rather than focusing on what's “wrong,” the care team explores what’s happened. This creates a safe, validating space to address trauma, perfectionism, burnout, and co-occurring mental health concerns. Evidence-based therapy and boundary work support clients in rediscovering their own strength and purpose. Clients are guided to safely uncover unresolved trauma and develop new coping strategies.

Discreet, Long-Term Support with Optional Family Therapy

The program emphasizes discretion, emotional health, and post-treatment sustainability. Clients engage in life-skills workshops that cover communication, stress management, career reintegration, and financial wellness. An alumni program is offered after treatment to provide continued support in a way that respects each client’s preferences and privacy. Family therapy is offered weekly to give loved ones the opportunity to heal along with the client. Staff are mindful of how complex personal and professional roles can impact substance use and mental health.

Flexible Technology Use for Real-Life Balance

Clients are allowed to keep their cell phones and laptops during treatment. This flexibility supports those who need to stay connected to professional responsibilities and family obligations. Whether it’s checking in with work, maintaining parenting duties, or managing life logistics, clients are encouraged to engage with the outside world in a way that supports, not disrupts, their recovery. This policy reflects the understanding that healing doesn’t always require stepping away from life entirely, but rather learning how to navigate it with clarity and a strong support system.
