Flexible Hours and Virtual Treatment Options

The center offers a highly flexible schedule, with both morning and evening outpatient services available. Clients can choose between in-person and virtual care to best fit their needs. Virtual outpatient services are provided through HIPAA-compliant telehealth. Case managers are on hand to make sure sessions are coordinated and clients receive crisis support when needed. Virtual support groups are available for free for all community members. These include online 12-step groups, peer support, grief counseling, and meetings for family and friends.

Focus on Family Healing

Strong emphasis is placed on family support throughout treatment. Family & Friends groups offer education and communication tools, and therapy. These groups address topics such as trauma, grief, and co-occurring mental health conditions. Family therapy education sessions help loved ones understand addiction and create opportunities for family members to rebuild trust with one another. Referrals and access to post-treatment support can also be provided.

Holistic Mind-Body-Spirit Approach

Treatment blends evidence-based therapies and medications for addiction treatment (MAT) with holistic healing methods including acupuncture, art therapy, adventure therapy, and mindfulness practices like meditation. Writing workshops are offered to help clients get their thoughts and feelings down on paper, which can provide additional insight. This integrated approach allows clients to address both the psychological and physical aspects of recovery while nurturing creativity and self-expression.

Recovery Coaching for One-on-One Support

Recovery coaching pairs clients with certified coaches, many of whom have lived experience with substance use. Coaches maintain daily contact through texts, calls, and weekly virtual or in-person sessions. This helps clients spot early relapse signs, set milestones, and reconnect with family members when appropriate. Recovery coaches also guide clients in setting practical life goals, such as those involving employment, education, and housing, through the Connected Care Network.

Patient Reviews

Patient feedback is overwhelmingly positive, emphasizing the personalized care, clean facility, and supportive environment. The effectiveness of group therapy and recovery coaching stands out, and clients often express gratitude for the staff’s attentiveness and expertise, describing it as a place where they feel seen and supported on their path to stability.
