Many Rivers Whole Health takes a whole-person approach to treatment, addressing the mind, body, and spirit within a safe, trauma-informed environment. Integrated Behavioral Health Services

The facility provides a full range of care, including outpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP), and residential programs for children, adolescents, and adults. Services address both mental health and substance use disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Clients benefit from individual, family, and group counseling; in-home family therapy; and specialized programs for anger management and relationship skills. Education, vocational support, and case management connect treatment to practical needs that improve everyday stability.

Medications for Addiction Treatment (MAT)

To support recovery from opioid and alcohol use disorders, Many Rivers offers medications for addiction treatment (MAT), including buprenorphine and naltrexone. These medications help reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms, allowing clients to focus on personal goals and therapeutic work. MAT is integrated into individualized care plans alongside counseling and recovery planning.

Expanding Access Across Rural Montana

Recognizing the unique challenges faced by rural residents, Many Rivers extends its services beyond Great Falls through telehealth, community outreach, and regional outpatient clinics. Recovery Homes and Adult Therapeutic Group Homes offer safe, supportive housing for individuals transitioning from treatment or managing serious mental illness. Day Treatment and peer mentoring programs promote life skills, social connection, and ongoing recovery. Suicide prevention and DUI education services further strengthen the continuum of care across central Montana.
