Integrated Co-Occurring Care
The center provides 24-hour residential care for adults experiencing both mental health and substance use challenges. Psychiatric care, counseling, and medications for addiction treatment (MAT) are coordinated by licensed clinical and medical staff. Clients receive evidence-based therapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, and trauma-related counseling. This approach helps individuals understand how mental health and substance use interact while developing tools for lasting recovery. Treatment plans are individualized and adjusted as needs evolve throughout each person’s stay.
Daily Life and Skill Building
Residential care blends therapy with practical skill-building. Days include individual and group counseling, mindfulness, recreation, and nutrition education to strengthen both mental and physical well-being. Clients learn to manage daily routines like cooking, cleaning, and budgeting through motivational life-skills interventions. This model helps clients build confidence and self-awareness before returning to their communities. Clinical and peer-led groups promote connection, accountability, and the development of stable recovery habits.
MAT and Mental Health Medications
Medication services are designed to complement therapy and psychiatric care. MAT and mental health medications are used as appropriate alongside counseling and relapse-prevention support to reduce cravings and stabilize recovery. Clients may also receive nicotine replacement medications if needed. Regular medical assessments, including physical exams and testing for metabolic conditions, support overall safety. All MAT and psychiatric care is delivered under supervision from qualified professionals trained in both addiction medicine and behavioral health.
Recovery Support and Transition Planning
Transitional services include aftercare planning, coordination of outpatient services, and connection to community resources. Clients receive case management, housing and social-service support, employment counseling, and access to peer mentoring or recovery coaching. Self-help and 12-step-based groups offer added community connection. Discharge planning includes overdose education and naloxone training to promote safety after treatment. By integrating these supports, the center helps individuals prepare for independent living while maintaining access to the tools and people that encourage long-term recovery and stability.
