Heritage integrates behavioral health, primary care, and social support under one roof, helping people address substance use, mental health disorders, and physical health together. This whole-person approach ensures that care is not only effective but practical, connecting clients with medical care, transportation, housing, and other community services that strengthen recovery.

Substance Use Treatment and Recovery

The center offers multiple levels of care, including 24-hour residential rehabilitation, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and outpatient counseling. Treatment is grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based practices such as motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, and 12-step facilitation. Heritage provides medications for addiction treatment (MAT), including methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone, to reduce cravings and support long-term recovery.

Lifespan Mental Health Support

Heritage serves individuals at every stage of life. Children and adolescents receive therapy and school-based services that emphasize family involvement and emotional development, while adults can access outpatient and community-based programs for serious mental illness. Residential group homes provide a supportive environment for skill-building and reintegration into independent living, and crisis response services offer 24/7 support for those in urgent need.

Heritage prioritizes accessibility through Medicaid, Medicare, TRICARE, private insurance, and self-pay options, with a sliding fee scale available based on income. Interpreter services in more than 200 languages and transportation assistance expand access to care across demographics.
