Recovery Resources for Substance USe
As a support for transitional housing, this home equips unhoused adult men to pursue long-term recovery from substance use. Residents take part in addiction treatment while living in a stable, supportive environment. Each participant is guided by a team that includes a leader, recovery coach, and peer mentor. This structure provides accountability and consistent support during the recovery process.
Hands-On Peer Support
Peer Leader group is a unique feature of the program, where alumni return to the home to share their experience and mentor current residents. This peer-led model creates opportunities for connection and encouragement from people who understand the challenges of recovery firsthand.
Support Beyond Substance Use
The transitional housing program also helps participants build stability in other areas of life that affect recovery. Residents develop housing and recovery plans with guidance from staff and a housing specialist. The program emphasizes education and training so that participants can prepare for employment and strengthen their independence.
