Residential Treatment for Adolescents and Young Adults in a Restorative Setting

Rosecrance Griffin Williamson Campus offers immersive residential treatment for people ages 12–20 experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Each client receives individualized care within a structured, therapeutic environment. The month-long program integrates psychiatric, medical, and counseling support to help teens stabilize, develop emotional awareness, and build resilience for lasting recovery.

Evidence-Based and Experiential Care

Treatment combines evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing with holistic and experiential programming. Clients participate in group, individual, and family therapy while engaging in expressive and recreational activities like art, music, yoga, and horticulture. 12-step facilitation is included as part of recovery education, encouraging accountability and connection to peer support networks.

A Campus Designed for Healing

Situated on 50 scenic acres, the 67,000-square-foot facility blends natural surroundings with intentional spaces for wellness. The mountain-lodge-style building features a healing garden with walking trails, a pond, and a natural stone waterfall. Clients have access to a gymnasium, fitness center, chapel, conservatory, and outdoor dining areas that support reflection, movement, and community, fostering balance during treatment.

Family Involvement and Ongoing Support

Family participation plays an active role throughout the program. Parents and guardians join weekly family sessions and educational workshops designed to strengthen relationships and support recovery at home. Upon discharge, teens can access continuing care, alumni resources, and mentoring programs through the broader Rosecrance network, creating a pathway for ongoing stability and connection beyond residential treatment.
