CODA’s Tigard Recovery Center Residential offers men a secure, residential environment in the Portland metro area. With an average stay of 90 days, the program provides stability through daily routines, therapeutic groups, and structured living. This consistency helps residents focus on recovery while preparing for the transition back into their communities.

Evidence-Based Care with Medications

Treatment combines counseling and behavioral therapies with medications for addiction treatment (MAT), including buprenorphine and naltrexone. Clients have access to approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, trauma counseling, and relapse prevention, evidence-based methods that build skills for managing triggers and sustaining recovery.
