Family therapy is a core component of treatment, offering a structured and compassionate space where loved ones can express their feelings, rebuild trust, and learn practical tools for navigating life during and after addiction. Sessions are individualized, addressing each family’s specific experiences and emphasizing improved communication, healthy boundaries, and shared coping strategies. In tandem with emotional healing, nutrition therapy addresses the physical toll addiction takes on the body and begins by stabilizing the body with essential nutrients before teaching clients how to maintain a healthy diet after treatment.

Building Skills During and After Inpatient Treatment

Clients participate in a daily schedule of evidence-based treatments, including individual and group therapy, and 12-step facilitation. Outpatient programs incorporate many of the same treatment components—such as relapse prevention and life skills training—but with a more flexible schedule that allows clients to live at home while continuing their recovery work. This approach supports clients in applying what they've learned in real-life settings, while still receiving structured support.
