The Tactical Recovery program offers specialized treatment for veterans coping with substance use and service-related mental health challenges, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Staff are trained in military culture and trauma, and the program includes peer-based support, structured routines, and therapies tailored to combat-related experiences. Clients work with clinicians who recognize and address the lasting impact of military service.

Focused Program for Professionals

The center’s Professionals Program is adapted for executives, healthcare workers, educators, and other licensed professionals, clients whose careers demand confidentiality and workplace reintegration support. The program addresses issues like burnout, ethical stress, regulatory concerns, and impaired professional performance. Clients receive documentation and advocacy support for boards or employers when needed, and work in peer groups with others facing similar pressures to rebuild trust, manage professional identity, and re-establish healthy boundaries.

Indoors, clients have access to lounges for relaxation, meditation spaces, and internet access. Outdoors, the facility offers peaceful walking paths and open-air lounges ideal for personal reflection and social gatherings. A fitness center supports physical wellness, while the surrounding countryside provides a quiet, grounding environment. Nutritious meals catered by local restaurants are served three times daily. These include vegan options and meals adapted to various dietary requirements.

Staying Connected with Family

The center has multiple pathways to keep clients connected to loved ones, as well as to help rebuild connections. Clients can make phone calls outside of structured treatment activities and receive visitors one a week after the detox phase. Evening family care sessions are held weekly for loved ones to receive education and mutual support during the client’s stay.
