The center provides short-term residential care and medically monitored detox for alcohol, opioids, stimulants, benzodiazepines, and other substances. Licensed medical staff oversee care to ensure safe withdrawal and stabilization before clients transition to the next level of treatment. Services emphasize safety, dignity, and timely connection to ongoing resources for those experiencing acute distress.
Dual-Focused Treatment for Mental Health and Substance Use
Trillium Place integrates care for substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and trauma. Evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, and 12-step facilitation, are used to address each client’s needs. Medications for addiction treatment (MAT), such as buprenorphine and naltrexone, are available, supporting both medical and emotional recovery.
