Ranch-Based Residential Care for Teen Girls

Set in Enoch near Cedar City, Renewed Hope Ranch offers residential treatment for teenage girls who need more support than outpatient care can provide. The campus is designed to feel home-like, with shared living spaces, outdoor areas, and access to nature. Healthy meals are provided, and smoking and vaping are not permitted.

Positive Peer Culture and Weekly Therapy

A central feature of the program is Positive Peer Culture, a structured approach that uses daily peer interactions to help teens practice accountability, healthier conflict resolution, and more respectful communication. Treatment also includes individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy, creating consistent touchpoints for skill-building and emotional support.

Equine-Assisted Therapy With Hands-On Practice

Equine-assisted therapy is woven into the weekly routine. Teens take part in hands-on horse care and riding activities, while clinicians use these experiences to support insight in sessions. This approach can be a fit for clients who benefit from experiential work alongside talk therapy, especially when building trust, confidence, and empathy is a key goal.

Academics Built Into the Weekly Schedule

School continues during treatment through a blended education model that combines classroom instruction with online learning. Educational support is integrated into daily life at the ranch, helping residents stay connected to school expectations while they work on mental health and substance use concerns.

Family Participation and Discharge Planning

Families are involved through ongoing family therapy and structured family programming designed to strengthen communication and relationships. Discharge planning and continuing care support are also part of the program, helping families prepare for the transition home and next steps after residential treatment.
