Clients check in at a self-service kiosk or smartphone app that directs them where to go next, whether it's to take a random urine drug screen before dosing or to check in for counseling. Next, patients wait to be notified that it’s time for their medication. Medical staff provide oral medication in private dosing booths and injectable medication in a private clinical area.

Counseling is required

Counseling is required for all clients; individual and group sessions are offered to help clients better understand triggers, manage emotions, and rebuild their lives. Various approaches — including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, trauma-related counseling, and relapse prevention — are offered, and telehealth appointments may be available when appropriate.
