Full Continuum of Care in One Location

The center provides seamless treatment from medical detox through residential care, outpatient services, and aftercare, all on one campus. This continuity supports a smoother transition between levels of care, allows clients to stay connected with their medical team, and reinforces long-term recovery. Care is provided based on individual needs and goals.

Trauma-Informed and Dual-Diagnosis Focus

Focused treatment is offered for clients managing both substance use and co-occurring conditions like post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), chronic pain, and mood disorders. Evidence-based therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing are central to the care model. Specific tracks are available for veterans, trauma survivors, and individuals with complex mental health histories, aiming to create a relatable, supportive environment for recovery.

Coordinated Case Management and Aftercare

Case managers work closely with each client to support both immediate treatment goals and long-term stability. This includes help with job placement, school enrollment, arranging housing, connecting clients with peer mentors and recovery coaches, and providing referrals for social services. Aftercare plans may also include weekly group meetings and continued access to employment or life-skills resources. This ensures that every individual leaves with a clear, practical path forward.

Multidisciplinary Care Team

Treatment is delivered by a licensed team that includes psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, therapists, and behavioral health technicians. Clients also benefit from specialists such as certified music therapists, nutrition counselors, and yoga therapists. This collaborative approach allows the team to address the physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of recovery, adapting care to individual needs.

Life Skills Education and Relapse Prevention

The center offers structured life skills education to help clients build daily routines, manage stress, and keep up with responsibilities like budgeting, healthy nutrition, and constructive communication. Relapse prevention groups focus on developing coping tools, recognizing and learning to manage triggers, and creating sustainable habits.
