Trauma-Informed and Medication-Supported Outpatient Care

Access Behavioral Health Services provides evidence-based, outpatient treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders in Boise and Nampa. Clients can access individual, family, and group therapy, as well as medications for addiction treatment (MAT), including buprenorphine and naltrexone. The clinic also offers medication management for psychiatric conditions without requiring additional services, and telehealth appointments support broader access across the Treasure Valley.

Inclusive Programming for Youth, Adults, and Families

Access supports clients of all ages, including adolescents and families, with trauma-focused therapy and developmentally appropriate services. Programs like Parenting with Love and Limits® help families rebuild communication and structure, while targeted services address emotional and behavioral issues in youth. Treatment approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, the Matrix Model, and relapse prevention planning.

Community-Based Rehabilitation and Home Services

Beyond traditional outpatient care, Access provides psychosocial rehabilitation (CBRS), respite care for youth, and residential habilitation for adults with developmental disabilities. These services are delivered in homes or community settings, helping clients build independence and reduce the day-to-day impact of behavioral health conditions. Case managers assist with housing support, peer mentorship, and navigating social services.

Designed for Accessibility and Affordability

The facility accepts Medicaid and offers a sliding fee scale, making care more accessible for those with limited income. With two community-based locations and support for individuals facing housing instability or long-term mental health challenges, Access provides continuity of care in a flexible, person-centered setting.
