Phased Recovery in a Supportive Setting

Volunteers of America – Center of Hope provides a phased approach to recovery with three days of observation, 14 days of social detox, and up to three months of transitional living. Licensed clinicians and case managers guide clients through substance use assessments and outpatient care, offering continuity after residential treatment.

Integrated, Evidence-Based and Practical Care

Programming combines therapeutic structure with skill-building to prepare clients for independent living. Each day includes group counseling, morning meditation, evening reflection groups, exercise, and grief and loss work. Treatment approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, trauma-informed counseling, and 12-step facilitation. Clients also receive job and housing support, with access to medications for addiction treatment such as buprenorphine or naltrexone when clinically appropriate.

Faith-Inspired and Community-Rooted Support

As part of Volunteers of America Northern Rockies, Center of Hope reflects the organization’s long-standing mission of service through faith and compassion. Clients can access spiritual guidance if they choose, while the program welcomes people of all backgrounds. Partnerships with law enforcement, health systems, and community agencies ensure clients are connected to local resources for employment, housing, and continued care, strengthening the bridge between treatment and daily life.
