Integrated outpatient treatment that combines substance use, psychiatric, and practical support
Quest is a certified community behavioral health clinic that offers a collection of services that can benefit people whose substance use is connected to mental health challenges that may require more than counseling alone. The organization operates a 10-week, group-based IOP that offers additional psychiatric and support services as clinically indicated. Clients meet for nine hours of group therapy and one hour of individual therapy every week.
Medications for addiction treatment (MAT) for opioid and alcohol use
MAT is available for people ages 17 and older when clinically appropriate. Several medication options are available, including oral medications and subcutaneous injections. Treatment begins with an assessment by a psychiatric provider, who then works with clients to determine an appropriate treatment plan. Medication is combined with counseling to help clients manage cravings and withdrawal symptoms while working to address other mental health challenges and the behavioral aspects of substance use.
A youth opioid program for teens and young adults
Quest's YOIP is for adolescents and young adults ages 13–24 who are struggling with opioid misuse. The goals of the YOIP are to reduce future overdoses and chronic relapse and to help prevent additional emergency room visits related to substance use. The program can also connect young people with immediate care and other resources after an overdose.
Dedicated services for pregnant women and parents of any age
Pregnant women and parents can get support for perinatal mental health concerns, substance use, or both to help them address substance use and behavioral health needs while coping with the practical demands of pregnancy and parenting. In addition to psychiatric care and individual, group, and family therapy, targeted case management, peer support, parenting education, and basic skills training are available. Quest also offers free virtual support groups for mothers with drop-in participation so they can attend when they can without making a commitment to a set schedule.
Specialized problem gambling treatment
For those whose behavioral health needs include gambling alongside or separate from substance use, the organization offers a dedicated outpatient gambling program that helps clients understand emotional, physical, relational, and generational patterns associated with gambling rather than just the financial impact.
Client reviews
Clients often praise caring counselors, helpful care, and a welcoming atmosphere. Reviews are more mixed around access, with recurring concerns about scheduling, communication, evaluations, and follow-up.
- Staff & care experience (75% positive): Many clients describe counselors and staff as caring, professional, and genuinely invested in helping. Some reviews, however, describe front-office interactions as less responsive or welcoming. "Staff is professional, courteous and kind."
- Treatment quality & outcomes (90% positive): Clients frequently describe counseling and clinical care as helpful, including reviewers who say treatment made a meaningful difference or encouraged them to continue care. "Great people and great care."
- Access & process: Reviews frequently raise concerns about long waits, difficulty reaching staff, canceled appointments, unclear availability, delayed evaluations, and follow-up. Some also mention billing or refund concerns.
- Support & community: Several clients describe feeling understood and supported, including positive feedback about group counseling, LGBTQ+ affirming care, and help for young adults. "The groups are a huge help for anyone who feels like no one else will understand their needs."
