Icarus Nevada offers multiple levels of care, from residential substance use treatment through a PHP, an IOP, and standard outpatient care. Treatment planning begins with an assessment that considers mental health symptoms, substance use patterns, and withdrawal risk to determine the appropriate level and focus of care. Admissions can coordinate outside referrals for clients who need withdrawal management (detox) or hospital-level care before transitioning into Icarus once they are stable. Treatment can address substance use, mental health conditions, or both, and MAT is available when clinically necessary.

Clients have a choice in recovery philosophy and support

Peer support is emphasized, and clients can choose from various approaches and recovery philosophies, including SMART Recovery and 12-Step groups. Peer support and family therapy are integrated into care, and life-skills work, relapse prevention, and educational classes about addiction complement clinical treatment.

Outdoor spaces offer walking trails and hiking, and clients go off-site for adventure outings. Staff support clients with discharge and continuing care planning, connecting them with outpatient services and other resources when structured treatment ends.
