Flexible Mental Health Treatment Options
Outpatient care is provided in physical, virtual, and hybrid settings, allowing clients to choose what works best for their schedules and comfort. Treatment is trauma-informed and adapted to fit individual needs. Licensed staff provide psychiatric and clinical counseling targeted toward specific mental health conditions, and care plans support family engagement to continue healing at home. Sessions take place in private therapy rooms for focus and confidentiality.
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to Reframe Trauma
CPT is a form of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) concentrating on approaching trauma in a new way. Clients who have trauma histories benefit from this therapeutic approach as it can help them reframe the emotions and thoughts associated with trauma, which can significantly affect everyday life. When these thoughts are placed in a different context through CBT, the impact of these negative thoughts and feelings may be reduced over time.
Focused Integrative and Holistic Practices
The center incorporates therapies and treatment approaches that target both mind and body. Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is a non-invasive option that works by stimulating targeted brain regions. Emotion-focused therapy (EFT) helps clients understand and regulate intense emotional responses, while exposure therapy can help gradually reduce anxiety by safely confronting specific fears. Mindfulness practices like yoga can boost self-awareness and reduce stress, complementing research-based methods.
Community-Centered Care
With deep roots in the surrounding community, the center allows clients to maintain their daily responsibilities while receiving treatment. This is ideal for clients living busy lives. Many resources are located nearby, including social services, peer groups, and spiritual support, so clients don’t have to travel far to find additional and complementary care.
