Evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) form the foundation of care, with transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) available for treatment-resistant depression. Programming is designed to help clients stabilize and make progress while continuing to live at home and manage responsibilities.
