Detox and residential treatment

Detox provides 24-hour medical stabilization and support during the physical and emotional effects of withdrawal. Substances treated may include alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines, cocaine, and methamphetamine. Upon completing detox, clients can transition to residential treatment.

Culturally relevant and spiritual care

The program focuses on culturally relevant, trauma-informed care centered on dignity and respect. Evidence-based clinical treatment is combined with holistic and spiritual approaches. The facility uses a nondenominational approach, which may help clients explore spirituality without feeling obligated to follow a specific religious perspective. 12-Step groups are available in addition to healing circles and other approaches.

Holistic activities and daily life

In addition to individual and group counseling, clients may take part in holistic options such as music and art therapy, yoga, fitness, mindfulness, seasonal gardening, nature outings, support groups, and nutrition counseling. The program also incorporates time in outdoor spaces and nature into the treatment experience. An on-site cook prepares daily meals.

Case management and aftercare planning

Case management is available to help clients prepare for the transition from residential care into everyday life. An aftercare plan is developed while the client is still in treatment. This plan serves as a practical guide to help the client manage recovery, support needs, and next steps after discharge. Alumni aftercare meetings may be available to help clients maintain recovery-focused connections and access support from others familiar with the treatment community.
