Building Routine to Gain Stability

Day Rehabilitation offers classroom and experiential learning up to five days a week, with classes on personal and community living, health and wellness, problem-solving, understanding and managing mental health, coping with daily stressors, friendships and leisure, and personal advocacy and empowerment. Residential Rehabilitation provides daily individual and group activities to develop a medication routine and establish healthy sleep and meal schedules. Residential settings are staffed 24/7 and offer a private bedroom for each client.
