Integrated Behavioral Health and Residential Support

CenterPointe’s Adult Long Term Residential Program provides round-the-clock care for adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. As a nonprofit provider, the program integrates behavioral health, psychiatric, and medical services to support recovery through stability, structure, and community connection.

Trauma-Informed, Evidence-Based Treatment

The program serves individuals managing trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and serious mental illness. Using coordinated psychiatric care, counseling, and peer mentoring, residents gain the tools to build emotional resilience and long-term wellness.

Health, Wellness, and Recovery Supports

Residents receive ongoing health screenings, metabolic monitoring, and suicide-prevention services in a tobacco- and vape-free environment. Nicotine cessation assistance and medication education reinforce both mental and physical wellbeing, while case managers help residents reestablish healthy daily routines and support networks.

Accessible, Community-Focused Care

As a private nonprofit, CenterPointe maintains affordability through a sliding fee scale and multiple funding options. While transportation assistance is not provided, staff and peer mentors help residents plan for ongoing care and community reintegration, reflecting the organization’s mission to help people get better, sooner, for longer.
