Personalized, accessible treatment

Care can be adapted to each clients’ unique needs. Staff take assessments to determine personal history, medical and mental health symptoms, and life circumstances to adapt treatment to be most beneficial for each client. When ready to begin care, clients can call or walk in to the center and may often be admitted the same day. Since the program is fully outpatient, clients can fit dosing, counseling, and appointments around their schedules and daily responsibilities.

FDA-approved medications

MAT is a primary part of the care approach to ease withdrawal symptoms and cravings. Medications may include methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone. Clinicians determine the appropriate medication and dosage for each client to make sure the process is safe and as comfortable as possible.

Behavioral counseling

Another main pillar of the provider’s treatment model is counseling. Therapists use evidence-based methods to help clients address the root causes of their substance use, including any underlying trauma and co-occurring mental health conditions. Clients participate in both individual and group counseling sessions. Family therapy and education sessions for loved ones of clients in recovery are also offered when appropriate.

Case management and recovery support

Helping clients find stability in all aspects of their daily lives is an important part of treatment. Case managers provide services including help securing housing, navigating employment options, applying for Medicaid when needed, supporting healthy relationships, and connecting to community resources. Staff can also assist clients with finding a primary care provider.
