Affordable, Evidence-Based Care

The center provides outpatient and intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment for adults facing substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, and other life challenges. The program combines evidence-based therapies and trauma-related counseling with practical skill-building to help clients regain stability and maintain recovery. A sliding fee scale is offered to keep treatment affordable and accessible.

Support for Complex Needs

Care is adapted for clients balancing recovery with other life stressors, including chronic pain, family struggles, or legal involvement. The program also serves individuals whose histories may include trauma or difficult life transitions. The program is equipped to serve veterans, active-duty service members, and military families. The center works with clients using medications for addiction treatment (MAT) prescribed elsewhere, ensuring care is coordinated and flexible.

Comprehensive Assessment and Planning

Before treatment begins, each client completes an in-depth evaluation covering substance use history, mental health, physical health, and information on social support. This process may include interviews and laboratory testing to inform an individualized care plan. Progress is monitored through regular check-ins. The team works collaboratively with clients to set realistic goals, adjust strategies as circumstances change, and coordinate with outside providers.

Integrated and Holistic Services

In addition to core therapy, clients can access domestic violence services, mental health care, and social skills development. The facility also addresses related behavioral concerns, offering treatment for gambling disorder and other addictions. Telehealth sessions are available, expanding access for clients unable to attend in person.

Transition and Aftercare Support

As clients prepare to complete treatment, they receive a step-by-step discharge plan that may include referrals to peer recovery groups or community-based programs. Support can also involve connecting clients with housing resources, vocational training, or legal assistance to address ongoing needs. Clients receive guidance on building a daily routine that strengthens coping skills and helps them maintain healthy relationships.
