Psychiatric emergency services are available onsite, by mobile response, and via walk-in. The clinic also provides primary care services, ensuring clients who don’t have a family doctor can address their physical health needs. Recovery support, smoking cessation counseling, and suicide prevention services are also available.

Immediate Access for Urgent Needs

The center prioritizes rapid response for individuals at high risk, including those using intravenous substances and pregnant individuals struggling with substance use. No appointment is required; clients can walk in during business hours for same-day assessment and connection to services. The clinic coordinates immediate medical and behavioral health support, linking clients to detox, medications for addiction treatment (MAT), crisis stabilization, and community resources. A 24/7 crisis line and text service ensure help is available at any time.

Grants and Funding Options

Eligible clients may access state and federal grants, including community mental health and community service block grants, as well as other state-funded programs. The facility also offers a financial assistance program based on income and residency, requiring documentation for approval. Staff can help clients apply for temporary coverage under programs like the Healthy Indiana Plan and guide them through the process of securing longer-term benefits, ensuring continued access to needed mental health and substance use services.

Community Connection and Recovery Support

Ongoing case management is offered to help clients navigate treatment and community resources. Staff assist with housing, benefits, employment, and legal or court-related requirements, ensuring support continues beyond therapy sessions. Aftercare planning begins early in treatment, connecting clients with peer guidance, supported employment, medical care, and crisis services.
