Full-Scope Medications for Addiction Treatment (MAT)

New Season Treatment Center provides outpatient services for people seeking help with opioid use. The center offers medications for addiction treatment (MAT), methadone, Suboxone, buprenorphine, and both oral and injectable naltrexone. Medications are dispensed onsite under medical supervision and paired with individual, group, and family counseling. Treatment is available through standard outpatient and intensive outpatient programs (IOP), offering flexibility for clients balancing care with work, family, or other responsibilities.

Lowering Barriers Through Flexible Services

The Palm Coast location supports same-day admission, allowing people to begin treatment quickly without lengthy processing delays. Telehealth appointments are available for flexibility, and clients have access to take-home medications upon clinician approval, making ongoing participation easier for those with transportation or scheduling challenges. Drug screening and medical assessments are also provided on-site. The center also provides overdose prevention education, discharge planning, and referrals to additional resources as needed to support long-term recovery.

Affirming, Inclusive Environment

New Season Palm Coast emphasizes a respectful, nonjudgmental approach to care. The program serves pregnant and postpartum individuals and affirms LGBTQ+ clients. Intake practices and staff training are designed to support a diverse range of clients and reduce the stigma often associated with seeking treatment.

A Patient Experience Centered on Respect

Reviews of the Palm Coast center describe a clean, efficient clinic with short wait times and a team that treats patients with kindness and dignity. Many patients emphasize that the staff take time to listen and treat them like people, not numbers. While a few guest dosing patients have experienced delays or communication breakdowns, the overall tone of feedback is positive—especially from individuals who have been turned away or mistreated at other clinics. For many, New Season offers not just care, but a chance to feel human again.
