Since 1986, New Season has offered medications for addiction treatment (MAT), with options such as methadone, buprenorphine, and Suboxone to address withdrawal and cravings. Licensed counseling services are integrated into care plans and clients who reach certain milestones in their recovery can receive take-home medications. Admissions and assessment
Walk-ins are accepted during business hours with no appointment required. Clients must be 18 or over and showing active signs of withdrawal so clinicians can determine the appropriate medication dosage. On clients’ first day, the medical team will perform an assessment of substance use and health history, as well as routine bloodwork and urinalysis. If medically cleared, staff will administer the first stabilizing dose of MAT. Clients also meet with a counselor to establish goals and learn program guidelines.
Flexible take-home medication options
Clients who meet certain criteria in their recovery process can become eligible to bring doses of their prescribed medications home with them. This flexibility is a benefit for clients managing childcare, job obligations, and other responsibilities. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis through a structured system that tracks factors such as scheduled meeting attendance, behavior, and safety.
Individual, group, and family counseling
The center employs licensed counselors who provide evidence-based care for individuals, groups, and families. These services are flexible and include both in-person and telehealth options, allowing clients to more easily fit sessions into their schedules. Counseling is integrated with MAT to address the physical, mental, and emotional components of recovery together.
Discreet, accessible outpatient care
The center features counseling spaces and private rooms for individual, group, and family counseling sessions, so clients can fully focus their energy on healing with the assurance of confidentiality. Convenient pickup windows are available for clients to receive take-home medication. The facility is fully wheelchair accessible and provides virtual counseling and telemedicine to support care from home.
Community referrals including housing, food, and employment
Staff at the center work to connect clients with community resources to support them in their long-term recovery, including referrals to specialists and health services, housing resources, employment staffing agencies, and local food pantries. The center also helps clients explore available transportation options.
Free health insurance guidance
New Season offers a Free Health Insurance Marketplace Assistance program to help clients find an insurance plan that works for their needs. Staff can provide free, one-on-one, confidential guidance with navigating eligibility, comparing insurance plans, and step-by-step application instructions.
Intensive outpatient program (IOP)
The center’s IOP program offers treatment lasting at least six weeks. Services include education focusing on physical and emotional health, activities designed around recovery and resilience, and practical tools for the client’s family members and loved ones. This program is a good fit for individuals who require intensive support on an outpatient basis.
Integrated primary care
New Season partners with primary care providers so clients can access routine check-ups, continuous care, vaccinations, lab work, heart monitoring, and medication management. These services are available at the same location as substance use treatment.
