Culturally Competent Care with Strong Community Ties

The center’s peer recovery specialists provide practical, day-to-day support—like goal setting, crisis coaching, life-skills training, and help building sober social networks—so clients aren’t taking on recovery alone. Programs are intentionally multicultural and designed to respect clients’ cultural backgrounds. Most clients engage in group therapy, individual sessions, community events and lectures, relapse-trigger prevention groups, spiritual education and development, and yoga—integrating culture and community into treatment.

Accessible, Well-Rounded Treatment

Care spans multiple levels to match real-life needs. Evening and virtual options support clients who may work, travel, or maintain family responsibilities. Core modalities include trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, relapse prevention, guest speakers, and family/couples work as appropriate. For added structure, the center offers an outpatient day track with men’s lodging connected to treatment.

Support Life Outside of Treatment

Beyond therapy, clients can use case management and robust peer services for employment readiness, education and training referrals, housing navigation and tenant rights, budgeting and financial coaching, health and wellness coaching, and connection to support meetings. The center also offers community education and awareness programming, substance use prevention and intervention, and court-ordered evaluations/education.
