Full continuum of care

The center offers medically supervised withdrawal management, residential treatment, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), regular outpatient care, and aftercare in one location. This allows clients to start at the level that fits their needs — which clinicians can help assess at the start of care — and progress with the same care team as they stabilize and move toward greater independence. The facility is a federally certified Opioid Treatment Program (OTP), providing evidence-based recovery for opioid use disorder as well as other substance use disorders.

FORTITUDE program for veterans and first responders

A dedicated recovery track is available for veterans, active-duty military, first responders, and professionals in the public safety field. This program focuses heavily on trauma-informed care and is led by staff who have training in working with military and first responder populations. Cognitive processing therapy (CPT) is a method used to help clients work through trauma, normalize responses, and begin to change thought patterns related to PTSD. This track allows clients to heal alongside peers who closely understand their lived experience. The center participates in the VA Community Care Network for eligible veterans.

12-step work and evidence-based therapies

Clients participate in on-site 12-step groups, where they practice principles of honesty, service, and mutual support. These meetings create space to share experiences, build trust, and develop long-term peer bonds. These traditions are combined with proven therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and trauma-focused eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).

Fitness and wellness

Clients stay on a 55,000-square-foot campus with shared bedrooms. During downtime, they can enjoy amenities such as basketball and volleyball courts, a recreation room, and fitness equipment. Yoga and art therapy are offered for stress relief and to give clients a creative outlet for processing emotions.

Practical support and aftercare

Case management and discharge planning are emphasized as a vital part of treatment plans. From the beginning of treatment, care staff help each client build an aftercare plan that includes relapse-prevention strategies, regular check-ins, and referrals to local counselors or medical providers, depending on individual needs. Clients are also linked to local 12-step meetings and community recovery groups. When desired, guidance finding family counseling resources can also be provided so loved ones can heal together.
