Teens spend time in dedicated spaces for yoga, meditation, art, and group sessions. This peaceful setting is designed to reduce distractions, lower stress levels, and help teens stay focused on building healthier habits and emotional stability.

Adventure Therapy and Outdoor Activities

Adventure therapy gives teens fun ways to build confidence, teamwork, and emotional regulation through physical movement and time outdoors. These include hiking, mindfulness walks, and group challenges. Off-site outings may include activities like rock climbing, kayaking, or ropes-based exercises, allowing teens to practice problem-solving and communication in unfamiliar settings. On campus, teens also engage in gardening, nature-based reflection, and outdoor yoga.

The program offers accredited academics so teens can maintain school progress while in treatment. Families work directly with therapists through regular attachment-based sessions aimed at strengthening communication, repairing conflict, and building shared coping strategies. As discharge approaches, the treatment team develops a personalized aftercare plan that may include outpatient care, virtual therapy options, academic reintegration support, and recommendations for local providers. This planning ensures teens maintain momentum after returning home, and families feel prepared with concrete steps, resources, and communication tools.
