Community of Women Seeking Recovery Together

Women-only community living helps clients move beyond isolation through shared routines, group therapy, and daily accountability. On-site staff provide guidance and structure, while groups focused on spirituality, codependency, body acceptance, and yoga foster connection and self-compassion. Clients gain strength from peers who understand their experiences and a program specifically designed to address the trauma and challenges that women commonly face.

Phased Pathway Empowers Long-Term Independence

Recovery unfolds through a structured, three-phase program that supports steady growth toward independence. The first phase centers on stabilization, re-discovering oneself, and connecting with others, leaning heavily on intensive therapy. The second phase focuses on learning and applying personal and relapse prevention skills in more realistic settings, ultimately preparing for more advanced independence. The final and aftercare phases embody independent living, community connection, and paying it forward.

Whole-Person Healing

Each client works with a dedicated therapist and a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists and addiction specialists. Evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and EMDR address trauma and other concerns that relate to their substance use. Spiritual guidance, relapse prevention, and mindfulness-based practices help women rediscover balance and purpose.
