Freedom Recovery offers a comprehensive range of services, including detox, residential treatment, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and general outpatient services. Clients can transition between levels as needed while staying connected to the same treatment philosophy. The residential program, capped at 15 clients, provides a structured, supportive setting with 24/7 staff supervision and an average stay of 60 days.

A 12-Step Foundation with a Focus on Accountability and Growth

Grounded in the 12 Steps, Freedom Recovery emphasizes personal responsibility, peer accountability, and spiritual growth. Programming includes individual and group therapy, relapse prevention planning, and life skills training. Clients also work with peer mentors, many of whom are in recovery themselves, to build lasting relationships and a sense of belonging.

Fitness, Nutrition, and Holistic Wellness Integration

Daily exercise and wellness routines are built into the program. Residential clients have scheduled gym time, while outpatient participants receive local gym memberships and participate in group fitness. The facility also offers meditation, cooking and nutrition classes, and wellness education to support whole-person healing.

Digital Tools and Alumni Engagement Beyond Discharge

To help clients stay on track after leaving treatment, Freedom Recovery provides access to a custom app. The platform helps individuals log progress, explore guided meditations, find support meetings, and earn rewards for engaging in healthy behaviors. Alumni can also return for reunions and participate in group events, reinforcing long-term recovery through ongoing connection.
