Programs range from residential treatment with 24/7 support to partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and standard outpatient care. Residential stays typically last 14 to 90 days, while overall treatment can extend 1–6 months. This structure allows clients to start where they need and transition to less intensive care as they progress.

Therapy for Substance Use and Mental Health

Fitness and Adventure-Based Healing

Physical wellness and experiential therapy are core parts of care. Clients can join yoga, cardio, and strength training sessions, or participate in kayaking, hiking, and ropes courses. These activities support emotional regulation, resilience, and teamwork, providing hands-on opportunities to practice skills that sustain recovery.
