Target Audience

• Men (age 25 and older)
• Experiencing homelessness
• Diagnosed with a substance use disorder
• Medically stable & able to work full-time
• Seeking a long-term, structured recovery program
• Priority given to individuals who use substances intravenously
  Exclusions:
• Requires detoxification (must be medically stable before admission)
• Severe mental illness requiring 24/7 supervision
• Registered sex offenders not accepted

• Sliding scale payment options available
• Residents contribute 20%-30% of income toward program costs
• Referrals provided for those needing insurance-based treatment

Admissions Process

• Pre-Screen Assessment (valid for 30 days)
• Face-to-face interview with two counselors
• Waiting list placement if no immediate bed availability
• Referrals provided for those not meeting eligibility
