Is Mission Connection the right fit for you?

Mission Connection offers outpatient care for adults and teens with primary mental health needs. Treatment commonly includes process and psychoeducation groups, individual therapy, psychiatric care with medication management as needed, and evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-focused therapy, and mindfulness.

Mission Connection may be a good fit if you…

  • Are dealing with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and thought-related challenges
  • Need more support than traditional once-a-week therapy, but don’t need 24/7 supervision or hospitalization
  • Are seeking a step-up/step-down outpatient pathway while continuing work, school, and home life
  • Want flexible programs delivered in-person, virtually, or in a hybrid format
  • Prefer evidence-based therapy with psychiatric support and medication management when appropriate
  • Are a teen who wants family involvement and parent support built into care

Mission Connection may not be a good fit if you…

  • Need acute inpatient or hospital-level stabilization, medical withdrawal management, or 24/7 monitoring
  • Are looking for a substance-use-only program without a strong primary mental health focus
  • Want minimal structure or a mostly self-directed approach
  • Aren’t open to participating in therapy
  • Need in-person services or telehealth in a state where Mission Connection doesn’t currently offer care
