Flexible Schedules and Virtual Care
Red Ribbon Recovery offers a full-day program which runs from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Clients who need to be home in the afternoon to care for children or work in the evenings may find this a good fit. Evening sessions are held from 6:00 p.m to 9:00 p.m., which can be ideal for clients who need to be home or at work during the day. Those who need to receive treatment fully from home can attend outpatient care through telehealth.
Same-Day Admissions and MAT
Clients who are ready to start outpatient treatment can be admitted immediately. This fast start to care can be crucial to someone in crisis, and highly beneficial to someone who has made a decision to seek help and doesn’t want to wait. When clients arrive, they meet with staff for an assessment, and are quickly placed into the care level appropriate for their needs. For clients with opioid or alcohol use disorders who need medications for addiction treatment (MAT) to help them with withdrawal symptoms and cravings, nurse practitioners can prescribe these here.
Group and Individual Therapy
Programs involve frequent group therapy, as well as one-on-one therapy sessions once a week. Evidence-based approaches used by therapists include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and the internal family systems model of treatment. Twelve-step meetings are also an integral part of care.
Focused Clinical Team
Throughout treatment, clients work closely with a multidisciplinary care team. Each person is assigned a licensed therapist to guide them through treatment planning and lead individual sessions. A nurse practitioner is on staff to address health concerns and prescribe MAT when appropriate. Case managers are also available to help clients with long-term practical needs, such as finding stable housing, vocational training, and local community support options.
Pre-Admissions Experience
We conducted a series of pre-admissions calls, the most recent on May 20, 2026, to evaluate response time, transparency, and patient experience.
When we reached out to Red Ribbon Recovery, the admissions team was prompt and straightforward. They gave us an overview of the program, detailed costs, and provided an outline of the clinical team. The conversation felt relaxed and transparent, though the representative did not go into a high level of detail.
