Clients can choose the type of peer support meetings that work best for them. One option is 12-step recovery, where group meetings and peer accountability create a supportive network rooted in shared values and responsibility. For those who don’t prefer a 12-step path, science-based SMART recovery is also offered. In combination with peer support, therapists use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing (MI) throughout individual and group sessions.

Treatment takes place on a 22,000-square-foot campus with plenty of outdoor space. This provides a quieter setting for clients to focus fully on recovery. The campus features wooded walking trails and activities like disc golf, basketball, yoga, pool, ping-pong, and shuffleboard.
