Flexible outpatient structure
Clients can receive multiple levels of outpatient care including PHP, IOP, and standard outpatient treatment with programming beginning as early as 7 a.m. They can step-down in care within the same organization. This provides the ability to continue living at home and managing life's responsibilities while also receiving structured addiction and mental health treatment.
Staff with lived recovery experience
The treatment environment is built around relatability, shared understanding, and peer connection with support from staff who are or have been in recovery themselves. This can help interactions feel less clinical and more rooted in lived experience through professional treatment and mentorship.
Equine-assisted therapy
Equine-assisted therapy is available with guided interactions with horses that includes grooming, leading, and structured activities. This type of therapy, done in a group and individual setting, focuses on building trust, emotional awareness, confidence and self-regulation. This may appeal to those who struggle feeling comfortable in talk therapy sessions.
Evidence-based and holistic care
Evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, trauma-focused counseling, and EMDR are used during treatment. Additionally, clients have access to holistic services that include yoga, meditation, mindfulness practices, nutrition counseling, and family therapy. Medications for addiction treatment (MAT), including buprenorphine and naltrexone, are also available for clients when clinically determined to be a need.
Recovery support beyond treatment
Practical recovery needs and long-term stability are prioritized through family, couple, and group counseling as well as housing assistance, employment counseling, social services support, case management, and transportation assistance. Clients receive continuing care through aftercare planning, overdose education, and discharge planning. These are intended to help clients transition successfully after formal treatment.
