Flexible outpatient structure
The program is designed for adults who need the structure of addiction and mental health treatment while continuing to live at home. The Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and standard outpatient programs provide support between residential treatment and traditional outpatient care. Clients start with a facility tour. They meet their care team and then create a personalized treatment plan together. Most clients take part in the program for around 4-6 weeks.
Dual diagnosis care
Clients can receive treatment for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and trauma. During treatment, clients may participate in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), motivational interviewing, trauma-focused therapies, relapse prevention planning, and MAT.
Veteran-focused care
Veteran programs provide personalized counseling and trauma-related therapy specific to military culture. The facility also supports active-duty military members. Veterans may have access to GeneSight genetic testing, which may help to reduce the trial and error of finding the appropriate psychiatric medications they need.
Long-term recovery support
Clients may have access to recovery coaching, peer mentoring, case management, employment counseling and job training, housing and transportation help, social services referrals, and social skills development. Additionally, naloxone education, discharge planning, and continued outcome follow-up is available to help support long-term recovery.
Family involvement and aftercare
Family therapy, couples counseling, and educational resources help involve family members in the recovery process. Care can change as recovery needs shift. This helps individuals move between PHP, IOP, standard outpatient care, and medication management. Transportation is available for those needing more intensive care at another site in the organization's network. Alumni programs and continuing care offer the ability to stay connected with recovery resources and peer support after finishing treatment.
