Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis through a structured system that tracks factors such as scheduled meeting attendance, behavior, and safety.

Individual, Group, and Family Counseling

These services are flexible and include both in-person and telehealth options, allowing clients to more easily fit sessions into their schedules. Counseling is integrated with MAT to address the physical, mental, and emotional components of recovery together.

Convenient pickup windows are available for clients to receive take-home medication. Community Referrals Including Housing, Food, and Employment

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
