Flexible outpatient structure
This flexible outpatient program combines structure and adaptability. It provides day treatment and outpatient therapy to clients who are not in need of residential care. Clients can move between PHP, IOP, and standard outpatient care as their needs change. This model is designed to help individuals manage their work, school, and family obligations.
Integrated addiction and mental health treatment
Clients can receive treatment for substance use disorders along with mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, and other co-occurring mental health conditions using evidence-based and holistic therapies. The program may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), EMDR, motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, and trauma-related counseling. Family therapy and support are incorporated into treatment, as well as group and individual counseling. Holistic therapies can include yoga, mindfulness, meditation, art therapy, music therapy, acupuncture, massage, fitness, nutrition counseling, and breathwork.
Medication-supported recovery
Medications for addiction treatment (MAT) are part of outpatient care. They are provided alongside counseling, behavioral therapies, and relapse prevention planning. Clients have access to medications for opioid and alcohol use disorders, including buprenorphine and naltrexone. If they're already prescribed MAT with another provider, they can continue their treatment without any breaks.
Aftercare and ongoing recovery support
Recovery support is focused on long-term stability with personalized aftercare planning and continuing care services. Clients have access to alumni support, relapse prevention planning, and outcome follow-up after discharge. Additionally, recovery coaching, peer mentoring, and self-help groups are in place along with case management, housing assistance, employment counseling, vocational support, and assistance for clients who want to access community and social services.
