Private, Restorative Setting and Tailored Support for Men

Soberman’s Estate provides discreet, residential care for men seeking recovery from substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. Located on a five-acre property, the program is intentionally limited to no more than 10 clients at a time (average of seven), allowing for highly tailored support for professionals and executives who value privacy, structure, and personalized care. The natural surroundings are an integral part of the experience. Clients are encouraged to walk the labyrinth, an on-site garden, or take in the desert views during guided hikes. This environment supports clarity, reflection, and healing, helping clients re-center while building sustainable routines for life after treatment.

Amenities That Support Comfort and Focus

The estate blends high-end amenities with therapeutic intent. Clients have access to six private bedrooms and two dual-occupancy rooms with ensuite bathrooms and smart TVs. A team of 34 professionals addresses client needs, including registered nurses available onsite 24/7, and a former NFL coach who leads daily fitness training. The grounds include a resort-style pool, putting green, greenhouse, a medicine wheel, basketball court, and Zen garden. Soberman’s also allows limited tech use, helping clients manage professional responsibilities while prioritizing recovery.

Evidence-Based and Holistic Therapies

Clients participate in 3–5 hours of individual therapy each week and daily group sessions. The treatment model integrates evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), with holistic services like acupuncture, yoga, massage, and equine-assisted therapy. All services are provided onsite.

Community, Aftercare, and Family Involvement

Aftercare begins early in the treatment process and includes individualized planning for continued support. Clients have access to a private alumni network with virtual meetings and in-person events. The facility also offers family education and support sessions to strengthen relationships and ensure a more stable transition home. Both alumni and family services are provided as complimentary lifetime resources for clients.
