EOSIS - Bridge
Overview
Men-only residential substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment, including withdrawal management (detox). Two recovery tracks are available: a high-intensity program with 30 hours per week of group and individual counseling, and a low-intensity program with 14 hours per week. If men are already working with another professional before entering treatment, staff can coordinate care for smooth transitions. Outside of therapy hours, men can play basketball, ping pong, or card games — and participate in karaoke nights. Transportation assistance is available. This handicapped-accessible facility accepts private insurance, Medicaid, IHS, and state-funded insurance.

Residential Treatment and Peer Support for Men
The facility has 96 beds, so men have plenty of peers around to connect with. Men from many walks of life can enter treatment here — veterans, young and older adults, and people involved in the criminal justice system, to name a few. The program combines individual and group therapy with activities like fitness and basketball. This can help both relieve stress and give men time to have meaningful conversations with each other. Having others to talk to who share their experiences may be highly beneficial to recovery.
High-Intensity and Low-Intensity Recovery Tracks
Both a high-intensity and low-intensity treatment level are offered, along with withdrawal management (detox). After the 30-hours-per-week high-intensity program, men can step down to 14 hours per week of weekly programming. This can help men ease toward more independent time and prepare them for either outpatient care, sober living, or returning home after the residential step. Medications for addiction treatment (MAT) can be prescribed on site to help men stabilize and reduce symptoms and cravings.
Evidence-Based Therapy and Mental Health
Many types of clinically proven therapies are used: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), the Matrix Model, and motivational interviewing (MI) are three examples. Men can also participate in trauma-informed counseling and anger management, depending on their needs. Relapse prevention is provided. Clinicians are trained to provide co-occurring mental health care. Medications for mental health can be prescribed, if appropriate.
Detailed Discharge Planning
Case managers and other staff members help men with aftercare plans designed to work for them. Men can be connected with: peer mentorship, community resources, housing and social services navigation; self-help groups, overdose education, and naloxone training.
